During our visit, a pack leader will take your dog out for a 30-minute exercise session (a walk or run), and evaluate your dog’s physical capabilities and leash manners.

While your dog is out, an Account Manager will talk with you about your dog and review our policies, service and pricing options, credentials, and what you can expect when you hire us. The pack leader, upon return, will discuss the needs of your dog, and will recommend which type of exercise session best fits your dog’s needs.
